Hi,
I have some issues with Wincor Cineo2560
Probase 1.1/30 and Aptra Advance NDC 4.2.0


1. ATM is in the service, but after entering 4 pin numbers it rejects card, no matter is that valid or invalid pin, no matter what card.

- this states that hardware error, but EPP has green light.
I cant figure out what's wrong.

2. SOP button do not react, I had to set registry entry to cabin open detect to enter Supervisor mode
I cant make it work with SOP button.

so if anyone can assist or give a hint where to seek solution..

To enter the SOP try using the Enter key.

No,
This is Multi Vendor project to run NCR APTRA NDC 4.x.x on the Wincor hardware, and I am NCR Engineer.
so my resources are limited and I have not access to the Wincor service manuals or service stick, because ATM is other vendor.
