Presenter Clamp failure (M-Status 43)

Any help please, i have already changed bearings and sensors with no success. See the error in the attached picture.

Which kind o f ATM do you have?
M-Status 43 on NCR ATM is NOT Authorized; on your picture is seen that is mechanical fault.
