I'm having very unusual problem. When the printer got his paper jammed it starts to self restart (in order to push out the jammed paper piece) which is causing it to burn it's logic board. Is it possible to somehow stop it from automatic restart within the ProCash 3.0 or ProBase 1.1?
Printer: ND9C
How to stop auto printer restart ND9C?
Re: How to stop auto printer restart ND9C?
It is really urgent to find solution on this issue.
More on the problem: every time when the procash performs a check on the devices the printer responds with error and activates the knife and it goes on and on and on... until the printer's hardware overheats. How can I make the ProCash Skip the printer during it's regular diagnostics on the devices?
