Hi,

I have few control boards with error 10 showing on start up.
I can reset this by removing battery jumper for few minutes, then I have code 11.

I am loading a firmware using KDIAG and everything seems to work fine, until I will disconnect battery jumper. It comes back with error 10. If I will leave the board with battery jumper on, after few days in storeroom that board will come with error 10 anyway.

Any suggestions ?

In normal,the battery jumper should be on . Even if the battery is weak and no longer holds a charge, at power up ATM firmware will be loaded again.
Well, replace the battery.

Battery is fine, it has 3.6v. When battery is discharged (or jumper is removed) it should come with 11, but my controller comes every time with 10

2 file you downloaded (CMD_BOOT.BIN and CMD_V4_0.BIN)?
What sequence display at startup?
As for me, if it works then so be it, no matter what it shows in the absence of firmware.
