Есть ли какая либо связь между первой опцией (Security Module Load File) и сменой прошивки? Есть ли у вас какой- либо файл? Наша проблема в том, что мы не можем принять новый ключ.

Я думаю нет никакой связи между прошивкой и заменой криптоключей.
У вас в каком режиме вбиваются ключи?- 4.Restricted Mode?
Попробуйте поменять значение с INTL на LGCY, Restart, затем обратно+ рестарт.

I have a small problem with APTRA™ XFS and I hope you can help me with it. I want to connect to devices and send commands through APTRA™ XFS Layer.
All devices function properly. The only problem is that EPP operates in the keypad mode and even FDK works. But when we want to initialize it in the Encryption mode, there is KEYNOTFOUND error.

Have you written something similar to this code on APTRA™ XFS Layer, or do you have a template of a code we can use in our own code? I do not mean a complete application, but just parts of a code which works with APTRA™ XFS Layer, or even a message format we should send to APTRA™ XFS Layer.

WFS_ERR_PIN_KEYNOTFOUND (-400)

You must have at least TMK (terninal master key) entered in EPP. If there are no KVV values displayed in [6-Access Menu; 1-Disp Access] then no keys has been entered. Please read AANDC Supervisor manual.
