Restrict PAN number!

Hi all,
Is it possible to ban a PAN to be used on the ATM terminal (Wincor). For example a card that starts with the number 1xxxxx can not use the terminal.

I think you can do it (on any ATM regardless of vendor) by configuring FIT table in your scenario.
