У нас были проблемы с "SDC Dispenser" (588x/Aptra 3.4.1/XFS 5.1.0) с сообщением: "Dispenser not authenticated" [как на SelfServ]. Решение: "Сброс NVRAM" или очищающаяся ошибка с testtool.exe (здесь: http://bankomatchik.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=517[testool2.rar])
Хорошая вещь с testtool - то, что ты не нуждаешься в доступе в сейфе. Ты нуждаешься к логину как abcdwxyz (admin счет) и следуешь за шагами в attatched PDF файл.
Постскриптум: Также NCR дал нам нового ‘SDC Dispenser driver’ [v. SDC_CDM93-03-01], который мы экспериментируем теперь.

Clear NVRAM without access to safe
We had problems with SDC Dispenser (588x/Aptra 3.4.1/XFS 5.1.0) with message: "Dispenser not authenticated" [like on SelfServ]. Solution: Clear NVRAM or clearing error with testtool.exe (here: http://bankomatchik.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=517[testool2.rar])
The good thing with testtool is that you do not need access at the safe. You need to login as abcdwxyz (admin account) and follow the steps in the attatched PDF file.
PS: Also NCR gave us a new ‘SDC Dispenser driver’[v. SDC_CDM93-03-01] which we are experimenting now.
