How to remove tamper log vx680 7FFFFF

Amigos! Gostaria de saber de vocês se tem alguma maneira de remover o tamper log de uma vx680 versão QT000400.0.
O tamper log que mostra na tela é:
01/01/00 00:00 7FFFFF

OBS: Ao iniciar a maquina pede a senha sempre de tamper.
Mesmo inserindo e reiniciando a maquina ela volta para a tela de tamper.
Não consigo sequer instalar outra versão ou usar o clear all.
Minha linguagem nativa é o Portguês BR.

Amigo, você precisa eliminar a causa. Talvez o líquido tenha entrado. Insetos. O utilitário não irá redefinir o erro até que a causa seja eliminada! Este é um ponto muito importante. Boa sorte.
