hello friends, i need for ncr selfserv 22 (6622) all manuals. i mean parts identification, operator, service and install manual in english or russian but i prefer english. please can you help me? i looked around on this forum but i do not understand russian.

thanks but i do not understand russian. i need a picture, where i can see the auto supervisor switch. when i open the atm, it goes automatic the supervisor mode. where is this switch?

q: How do you unlock the manual soft mode switch on the GOP?
a: When a 663x & 662x class ATM is fitted with an auto-supervisor switch its presence is detected at boot time and the manual mode switch on the GOP is locked out so that when the top box door or safe door is opened it automatically goes into supervisor as is the expected behaviour.

In order to enable the manual mode switch you need to disconnect the auto-supervisor connection to the Miscellaneous Interface and then power cycle the ATM, when it loads back up there will be no supervisor switch detected and the mode switch will be enabled. For SelfServ terminals in general, there is a connector 31 on J4 for the Misc I/F which is grounded through connector 32 and is used to determine the presence or absence of the AutoSupervisor switch.


There was a terminal fitted with an auto-supervisor switch which enabled the manual switch when the switches on the top box and safe were disconnected. This is the behaviour which would be expected for PersonaS terminals.
