Cуществует документ, (B006-4992)-от NCR: Расходные материалы для самообслуживания, там должны быть спецификация бумаги.У меня этого документа нет,но я нашел характеристики бумаги для RS-232 40-COLUMN THERMAL PRINTERS (Journal), думаю для SDC Receipt Printer на NCR 5884 идет такая же бумага:

Paper Specification
The journal printer requires direct thermal paper, that is, single ply
and “fax grade”, with the thermal coating on the outside of the roll.
When this paper is used, the roll must be loaded so the paper comes from under the roll.
The paper must not be attached at the core or to itself. The core must be crush proof.
Paper Dimensions
The journal paper comes in a roll with the following dimensions:
- Width: 80 mm 0.2 mm (3.15 in. .008 in.)
- Diameter: 83.0 mm (3.27 in.) maximum
- Length: 83 metres 1 m (273 feet 3 feet)
- Thickness: 61 m 5 m (0.0024 in. 0.0002 in.)
- Core outside diameter: 22.0 mm 0.5 mm (0.87 in. 0.02 in.)
- Core inside diameter: 12.0 mm 0.25 mm (0.47 in. 0.01 in.).
- Total paper width = 80 mm (3.15 in.)
- Printable area width = 73.33 mm (2.88 in.)
- Left margin = 3.33 mm (0.13 in.)
- Right margin = 3.33mm (0.13 in.)
- Top and bottom margins = none on journal
- 40 standard columns = 73.3 mm (2.88 in.)
